| 摘 要：浙江省肿瘤医院以浙江省委省政府打造“医学高峰”为契机，通过搭平台、做引流、强内培、稳根基等四步走模式，探索构建“引育留用管”全链条人才体系，推动人才“第一资源”向医院集聚，构建人才高地，增加医院人才厚度，科研立项突破，重大平台落地，社会声誉度提高等，持续赋能医院高质量发展，为医院转型为研究型肿瘤中心奠定基础。 |

| Abstract： Zhejiang Cancer Hospital， taking constructing a medical peak in Zhejiang Province as an opportunity， explores to establish the whole-chain talents system through a four-step mode： providing a platform， making drainage， strengthening internal training， and building solid foundation. The purpose is to promote talents， the first resource， assemble in the hospital， constructing a talents highland， which increases the abundance of hospital talents， research project breakthrough， major platform foundation， social reputation， etc. Constructing a talents highland can drive a rapid hospital development， laying the foundation for transformation of cancer research center. |
