| 摘 要：随着对恶性肿瘤免疫微环境的深入探索，天然T细胞超抗原（T-cell superantigens，T-SAg）被发现在肿瘤免疫微环境中具备强大的免疫调控功能和抗肿瘤免疫治疗价值，是肿瘤治疗的重要方向。全文总结了T-SAg在肿瘤免疫治疗的最新应用，包括T-SAg定点突变、T-SAg重组融合蛋白、病毒荷载的T-SAg基因治疗、溶瘤病毒治疗和T-SAg纳米颗粒递送体等，为恶性肿瘤的治疗研究带来新思路。 |

| Abstract：It has been found that the natural T-cell superantigens(T-SAg) have strong immune activation function in the tumor immune microenvironment， which might be of value for cancer immunotherapy. This paper reviews the latest progress on the application of T-SAg in tumor immunotherapy， including targeting mutation of T-SAg， recombinant T-SAg fusion protein， viral-mediated T-SAg gene therapy， oncolysic viral therapy， and T-SAg-nanoparticle delivery system to provide insights for novel strategies of cancer therapy. |
