| 摘 要：［目的］ 分析广东省中山市1970—2019年恶性肿瘤的死亡情况，为中山市恶性肿瘤的防治提供科学依据。［方法］ 收集并整理广东省中山市1970—2019年户籍人口恶性肿瘤死亡资料，分析统计其死亡数、粗率、年龄别率和标化率等指标。［结果］ 1970—2019年广东省中山市恶性肿瘤死亡68 154例，粗死亡率、中标率和世标率分别为109.23/10万、81.60/10万和107.61/10万，死亡率明显上升，男性死亡率高于女性，年龄别死亡率从40岁左右开始明显上升，80岁及以上年龄组达高峰。肺、肝、结直肠、鼻咽和女性乳腺等部位恶性肿瘤是2010—2019年广东省中山市主要恶性肿瘤死因。［结论］ 广东省中山市1970—2019年恶性肿瘤死亡率明显上升，近期尤其男性死亡位于全球较高水平，肺癌、肝癌、结直肠癌、鼻咽癌和女性乳腺癌等是近期广东省中山市主要恶性肿瘤死因，提示中山市应针对性地加强防控。 |

| Abstract：［Purpose］ To analyze cancer mortality in Zhongshan City of Guangdong Province during 1970—2019. ［Methods］ Cancer death data of Zhongshan registered residents during 1970—2019 were collected and analyzed. The crude rates， age-specific rates and age-standardized rates were calculated. ［Results］ There were 68 154 cancer death cases in Zhongshan City during 1970—2019， the crude mortality rate was 109.23/105， the age-standardized mortality rates by Chinese and world standard population were 81.60/105 and 107.61/105， respectively， with the male mortality higher than that of the female， and showed an increasing trend. The age-specific mortality rose from 40 years old and peaked at age group of 80+ years. Lung， liver， colorectal， nasopharyngeal and female breast cancers were the major death cancers in Zhongshan City during 2010—2019. ［Conclusion］ Cancer morality in Zhongshan City increased significantly during 1970—2019， and at a higher level recently， especially for the males. Lung， liver， colorectal， nasopharyngeal and female breast cancers are the major death cancers in Zhongshan City during 2010—2019. It suggests that cancer control and prevention in Zhongshan City should be enhanced accordingly. |
