      摘 要:卵巢癌是致死率最高的妇科恶性肿瘤,其中上皮性卵巢癌占90%,5年生存率仅47%。缺乏有效的肿瘤研究模型是上皮性卵巢癌治疗难以取得突破性进展的原因之一,新近出现的肿瘤类器官模型保留了体内肿瘤的组织和遗传特性,并且操作简单、易与先进技术结合,可用于研究肿瘤发生发展机制、药物筛选和个体化治疗。全文就现阶段肿瘤类器官在上皮性卵巢癌基础和转化研究中的进展进行综述。

      Abstract:Ovarian cancer is the most deadly gynecological malignant tumor, among which epithelial ovarian cancer accounts for 90%, and the five-year survival rate is only 47%. The lack of effective tumor research model is one of the reasons why it is difficult to achieve breakthrough in the treatment of ovarian cancer. The newly emerged tumor organoids not only faithfully retain the histological and genetic characteristics of the original tumor, but also are simple to operate and combine with advanced technology. Tumor organoids are expected to be used for studying the mechanism of tumor development, drug screening and individual therapy. This article reviews the basic and translational research progress of tumor organoids in epithelial ovarian cancer.
