| 摘 要：中国科学院大学附属肿瘤医院（浙江省肿瘤医院）在全面质量管理体系建设实践中，以等级医院评审标准条款内容作为准绳，对医院质量管理策略进行调整，开展“全面提升医院质量管理年”活动，强化质量管理部门职能，重塑医院质量与安全管理委员会架构。文章从质量管理角度出发，梳理该院已实施的质量管理体系建设措施和成效，探讨存在的不足，为三级肿瘤专科医院全面质量管理体系建设提供参考。 |

| Abstract： Since November 2020 the Cancer Hospital of the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences（Zhejiang Cancer Hospital） has started the construction project of comprehensive quality management system. Using the rank hospital appraisal standard issued by Zhejiang Provincial Health Commission as the criteria， the hospital has set improving the hospital quality management year， adjusted the quality management strategy， strengthened quality management department functions， reshaped the hospital quality and safety management committee， and conducted a series of quality management activities. This article summarizes the accomplishments and experiences in hospital quality management system construction， and also discusses the deficiencies and future improvement to provide reference for the construction of comprehensive quality management system in tertiary cancer specialized hospital. |
