| 摘 要：免疫治疗应用广泛并且显著提高了部分肿瘤患者的生存率，然而假性进展等非常规反应作为免疫治疗过程中的独特现象，使医患双方对病情的研判、后续临床治疗及疗效评价产生困惑。如何准确地判断假性进展成为关注的焦点。全文对肿瘤免疫治疗假性进展的定义、发生机制以及可供参考的生物标志物及评估标准进行系统综述。 |

| Abstract： Immunotherapy is widely used and significantly improves the survival rate in some cancer patients. However， pseudoprogression may occur as a unique phenomenon in the process of immunotherapy， which would cause confusion for doctors and patients in judging disease progress， evaluating therapeutic efficacy and planning subsequent treatment. Therefore how to recognize the psesoprogression is important in cancer immunotherapy. This article reviews the definition and mechanism of tumor immunotherapy pseudoprogression， its reference biomarkers and evaluation criteria. |
