| 摘 要：铁死亡是一种不同于凋亡、坏死、自噬的新细胞死亡方式。铁死亡的结果是有毒脂质过氧化物损伤细胞导致细胞死亡，该过程依赖铁的参与，任何影响细胞内铁离子浓度或脂质氧化代谢的因素都有可能参与铁死亡的调控。铁死亡在肿瘤治疗方面具有逆转耐药、放疗增敏、协同免疫疗法等优势。研究发现某些天然化合物具有促进铁死亡的作用，如青蒿素及其衍生物、丹参酮、荜茇酰胺等天然化合物通过铁死亡发挥抗肿瘤作用。全文就天然化合物通过铁死亡方式发挥抗肿瘤作用的进展进行综述。 |

| Abstract：Ferroptosis is a newly discovered type of cell death different from apoptosis，necrosis and autophagy. As a result of ferroptosis，toxic lipid peroxides damage cells leading to cell death with the participation of iron. Any factors that influence the concentration of cellular iron or lipid peroxidation would take part in the regulation of ferroptosis. Excessive production or inadequate removal of toxic will causes ferroptosis. Ferroptosis has many advantages in cancer treatment by conversing drug-resistance, sensitizing ionizing radiation and synergizing immunotherapy. It has been found that some natural compounds have an anti-tumor effect by inducing ferroptosis，such as artemisinin and its derivatives，tanshinone and its derivatives and piperlongumine. This article reviews the progress on the anti-tumor effect of natural compounds through regulating ferroptosis. |
