| 摘 要：神经内分泌肿瘤是一组具有高度异质性的肿瘤，目前临床应用的评估方法主要有病理学、影像学检查及血液生物标志物。NETest是近年来提出的一种基于神经内分泌瘤循环转录组的液体活检技术。大量临床研究数据证实了NETest在神经内分泌瘤的临床诊断、术后残留病灶评价、疗效评估与预测及预后方面的应用价值。与传统评估手段相比，NETest能够动态监测疾病发展，更准确地检测出微小病灶。全文就NETest的研究进展及临床应用价值作一综述。 |

| Abstract： Neuroendocrine tumors constitute a heterogeneous group of neoplasms. Current methods for clinical evaluation include biopsy， imaging， and blood biomarkers. NETest is a newly deve-loped liquid biopsy technique based on circulating transcriptome of neuroendocrine tumors. A large number of researches have confirmed the clinical value of NETest in the diagnosis， post-surgery assessment， therapy efficacy prediction and prognosis of neuroendocrine tumors. Compared with traditional methods， NETest can monitor the disease dynamically and detect small lesions more accurately. This article reviews the research progress and clinical application of NETest. |
