| 摘 要：肿瘤是严重危害人类健康的重大慢性疾病，肿瘤防控工作已经成为国家健康战略的重要内容，肿瘤防控，登记先行。中国的肿瘤登记，自20世纪50年代起步至今，历经50年代艰难萌芽、70—80年代起步发展、90年代项目维持、新世纪的快速发展，已走过63年的发展历程，探索出符合我国实际的肿瘤登记道路，产生了诸多具有中国特色的肿瘤登记成果，在世界肿瘤登记领域彰显了中国影响。该文系统回顾了我国肿瘤登记发展历程，梳理了新时代背景下我国肿瘤登记现状，并对下一步工作进行展望。 |

| Abstract： Cancer is a major chronic disease that seriously threats human health; therefore cancer prevention and control has become a priority of the national health strategy. Cancer prevention and control should start with cancer registration. Since 1950s， China cancer registration has gone through sixty-three years of ups and downs， which initiated in early 1950s， grew in the 1970s and 1980s， maintained in the 1990s， and the rapidly developed in new century. We have explored the way of cancer registration in China and made great progress with Chinese characteristics， which has a major impact on cancer registration in the world. This article systematically reviews the development history， the current situation， and the prospect of cancer registration in China. |
