| 摘 要：该文简要介绍中国肿瘤防治高发现场之一的江苏启东，在党和政府的领导下，在医疗队专家们的支持和帮助下，开展肝癌防治工作所经历的创业与发展的几个侧面；回忆了部分代表性管理者和专家们对启东肝癌防治事业的贡献，介绍了部分代表性研究工作的成就，并就现场肿瘤防治所获得的启示作了回顾，对于今后的发展提出思考与展望。 |

| Abstract： Qidong City， located in the east coast of Jiangsu Province， is one of the sites with highest incidence of liver cancer in China. Starting from 1971 research teams from Shanghai and Jiangsu came to Qidong to conduct field study， as well as to carry out prevention and treatment of liver cancer； in 1976 a local liver cancer research institution was founded. For last 50 years， great accomplishments have been achieved both in scientific research and disease control and prevention of liver cancer in Qidong. The age-standardized mortality rate adjusted by Chinese standard population dropped from 45.11/105 in 1972 to 15.87/105 in 2017， that by world standard population dropped from 57.34/105 to 25.27/105. This article briefly reviews the main achievements of field work， laboratory research and liver cancer prevention and control programs in last 50 years in Qidong， and also put forward the reflection and prospect for future development of liver cancer prevention and control. |
