      摘 要:肿瘤免疫疗法在肿瘤治疗领域取得重大进展。许多临床试验已经揭示了基于激活肿瘤特异性T细胞的免疫检查点抑制剂在肿瘤治疗方面的显著疗效。然而,只有部分癌症患者可以从免疫疗法中受益,越来越多的证据表明,可能是由于免疫抑制性肿瘤微环境(tumor microenvironment,TME)的代谢重编程不足,使得抗肿瘤免疫力的恢复受到限制,从而导致肿瘤恶性进展。因此,为了更好地发挥免疫疗法的作用,克服TME的代谢限制,深入了解免疫抑制性TME代谢的关键机制具有积极意义。全文综述TME中各类型细胞代谢调节在肿瘤发生发展中的作用及靶向代谢途径的免疫疗法。

      Abstract:Immunotherapy has made significant progress in the field of tumor treatment. Many clinical trials have revealed the success of immunotherapy based on immune checkpoint inhibitors that activate tumor-specific T cells. However,not all cancer patients can benefit from immunotherapy,it may be due to insufficient metabolic reprogramming of the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment(TME),which limits the restoration of anti-tumor immunity,leading to malignant tumor progression. Therefore,a deeper understanding of the key mechanisms of immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment is of significance. The targeting metabolic reprogramming or signaling pathways that control cell metabolism may be a new strategy for immunotherapy. This article reviews the role of metabolism regulation by various types of cells in TME for the tumor development and the immunotherapy targeting metabolic pathway.
