| 摘 要：肾母细胞瘤（Wilms tumor，WT）是一种胚胎性肿瘤，起源于未分化中胚层组织。WT主要发生在婴幼儿，约占儿童肾脏肿瘤的95%。成人肾母细胞瘤（adult Wilms tumor，AWT）是一种临床上罕见的恶性肾脏肿瘤，发病率在WT中不足3%。AWT恶性程度高，生长速度快，发生转移早，术前确诊难度大且误诊率高。目前AWT的治疗方式尚未统一，大部分沿用儿童WT的治疗方案，有利有弊。本文通过整理文献报道和临床资料对成人肾母细胞瘤的诊疗相关内容及目前的研究进展作一综述。 |

| Abstract：Wilms tumor（WT） was an undifferentiated mesodermal tumor. WT mainly occurred in infants and young children，accounting for about 95% of children’s renal tumors. Adult Wilms tumor(AWT) was a rare malignant renal tumor with a incidence rate of less than 3% in WT，which was characterized by high malignancy，rapid growth and early metastasis. It was difficult to diagnose AWT before operation and had high misdiagnosis rate. Currently，the treatment of AWT has not been unified，and most of them followed the treatment of children with WT，which had advantages and disadvantages. In this paper，we summarize the related contents of diagnosis and treatment of AWT and the current research progress by sorting out the literature reports and clinical data. |
