| 摘 要：［目的］了解1993—2012年嘉善县结直肠癌发病及生存趋势。［方法］ 1993—2012年嘉善县结直肠癌发病及回访资料来自嘉善县肿瘤登记处，通过对发病及回访资料的统计分析，计算粗发病率、中国人口标化发病率、3年及5年生存率等指标。［结果］嘉善县1993—2012年结直肠癌新发病例3279例，占全部恶性肿瘤数的13.29%。发病率、中标率分别由1993年的23.54/10万、15.46/10万上升至2012年的62.75/10万、23.30/10万，年度变化百分比（APC）分别为6.50%、2.97%，呈上升趋势，有统计学意义（P<0.05）。发病率在70～74年龄组达到高峰，发病率为202.11/10万，之后逐渐下降。3年、5年生存率分别由1993年的40.91%、31.82%上升至2012年的63.22%、56.61%。［结论］嘉善县结直肠癌生存率有所提高，但发病率仍居高不下，应当加强结直肠癌的防治工作。 |

| Absrtact：［Purpose］ To analyze the trends of incidence and survival of colorectal cancer in Jiashan county from 1993 to 2012. ［Methods］ The incidence and survival data of colorectal cancer in Jiashan county from 1993 to 2012 were collected from the Jiashan County Cancer Registry. The crude incidence rate，the age-standardized incidence rate by Chinese standard population(ASIRC)，3-year and 5-year survival rate were calculated. ［Results］ There were 3279 new cases of colorectal cancer in Jiashan county from 1993 to 2012，accounting for 13.29% of all malignant tumors. The incidence and ASIRC increased from 23.54/105 and 15.46/105 in 1993 to 62.75/105 and 23.30/105 in 2012，respectively; the annual percentage change(APC) was 6.50% and 2.97%，showing an upward trend(P<0.05). The incidence peaked at the age of 70～74，with an incidence of 202.11/105，and then gradually declined. The 3-year and 5-year survival rates increased from 40.91% and 31.82% in 1993 to 63.22% and 56.61% in 2012，respectively. ［Conclusion］ The survival of colorectal cancer in Jiashan county has been improved，but the incidence is still high. The prevention and control of colorectal cancer should be strengthened in Jiashan county. |
