摘 要:环状RNA(circular RNA,circRNA)是最近发现的一种非编码RNA,它的 3′和5′末端连接在一起形成共价闭合的环状结构,并在真核转录组中高度表达。最近的研究表明,circRNA可以充当微小RNA海绵,调节基因转录,并与RNA结合蛋白相互作用在转录和转录后水平上控制基因表达。它在肺癌细胞中表达异常,并在肺癌的发生发展过程中起着重要作用。该文综述了环状RNA的起源、功能和机理,总结了环状RNA可能在肺癌诊断、预后、发生、进展以及耐药中的机制,以期为肺癌的早期诊断或治疗提供新的思路。 |

Abstract:Circular RNA(circRNA) is a non-coding RNA with 3′ and 5′ ends joined together to form a covalently closed loop structure,which is highly expressed in the eukaryotic transcriptome. Recent studies have shown that circRNA can act as a microRNA sponge,regulate gene transcription,and interact with RNA-binding proteins to control gene expression at the transcriptional and post-transcriptional levels. The circRNA is abnormally expressed in lung cancer cells playing an important role in the development of lung cancer. This article reviews the origin,function and mechanism of circRNA,as well as its roles in occurrence,progression and drug resistance of lung cancer,and the potential application of circRNA in the diagnosis,prognosis and treatment of lung cancer. |
