| 摘 要：分析肿瘤防治专科医联体的需求及模式，为促进肿瘤防治医联体建设提供依据及建议。对中国医学科学院肿瘤医院和北京朝阳区三环肿瘤医院紧密型医联体开展情况进行分析，分享医联体成功模式，以尽快建立较为完善、合理的以肿瘤防治为基础的基层首诊、双向转诊、急慢分治、上下联动的分级诊疗制度。促进医联体模式高效合理、优质便捷、可持续发展。 |

| Abstract：In 2015 a close-type medical alliance between the Cancer Hospital Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences and the Sanhuan Cancer Hospital in Chaoyang District，Beijing was developed. The medical alliance established a reasonable hierarchical medical system based on tumor prevention and treatment，including primary diagnosis，two-way referral，grading treatment and upper-lower linkage，and promoted the efficient，reasonable，convenient and sustainable oncology service. The paper analyzes the demand and mode of specialized medical consortium for cancer prevention and treatment，and provides suggestions for promoting the construction of medical alliance. |
