| 摘 要：［目的］ 评估2010~2014年浙江省肿瘤登记地区脑肿瘤的发病与死亡情况。［方法］ 数据来源于浙江省14个肿瘤登记处的脑肿瘤发病、死亡及人口资料。分别计算发病（死亡）例数、粗发病率（死亡率）、构成比和顺位、中国标准人口构成（中标率）、Segi’s世界标准人口构成（世标率）、累积率、截缩率、年龄别发病率（死亡率）等指标。 ［结果］ 2010~2014年浙江省14个肿瘤登记地区共计报告脑肿瘤新发病例5011例，占癌症新发病例的2.54%。脑肿瘤发病率为8.55/10万，中标率为6.05/10万，世标率为5.96/10万，居癌症发病顺位的第12位。女性中标率是男性的1.10倍，城市地区中标率是农村的1.02倍。脑肿瘤年龄别发病率随年龄增长而增加，在75~岁组达到高峰（26.32/10万）。脑肿瘤发病率历年变化呈波动增长趋势，发病率从2010年的8.57/10万上升至2014年的9.07/10万，增幅为5.83%。共计报告脑肿瘤死亡病例2577例，占癌症死亡病例的2.37%。脑肿瘤死亡率为4.40/10万，中标率为2.95/10万，世标率为2.94/10万，居癌症死亡顺位的第8位。男性中标率是女性的1.30倍，农村地区中标率是城市的1.02倍。脑肿瘤年龄别死亡率在0~39岁期间处于较低水平，在80~岁组达到高峰（20.41/10万）。脑肿瘤死亡率历年变化呈总体增长趋势，死亡率从2010年的4.28/10万上升至2014年的4.81/10万，增幅为12.38%。 ［结论］ 浙江省肿瘤登记地区脑肿瘤死亡呈上升趋势，发病率处于较高水平，特别是女性。应加强脑肿瘤的预防和控制工作。 |

| Abstract：［Purpose］ To estimate the incidence and mortality of brain tumor in Zhejiang cancer registration areas from 2010 to 2014. ［Methods］ Data from 14 cancer registration areas of Zhejiang Province were collected. Number of cases，crude rates，proportions，age?鄄standardized rates，cumulate rates，truncated rates and age?鄄specific rates were calculated. ［Results］ There were 5011 newly diagnosed brain tumor cases in Zhejiang cancer registration areas，accounting for 2.54% of all the new cancer cases. The incidence rate of brain tumor was 8.55/105，and the age?鄄standardized incidence rate by Chinese population (ASR China) was 6.05/105，ranking the 12th in cancer incidence spectrum of anatomic sites. The ASR China in female was 1.10 times as high as that in males. The ASR China in urban areas was 1.02 times as high as that in rural areas. Age?鄄specific incidence of brain tumor increased along with ages，and peaked in age group of 75~ years (26.32/105). The annual incidence rate of brain tumor increased from 8.57/105 in 2010 to 9.07/105 in 2014，with an increase of 5.83%. A total of 2577 deaths caused by brain tumor were reported from 2010~2014，accounting for 2.37% of all the cancer death cases. Mortality rate of brain tumor was 4.40/105，with the ASR China of 2.95/105，ranking the 8th in cancer mortality spectrum of anatomic sites. The ASR China in males was 1.30 times as high as that in females. The ASR China in rural areas was 1.02 times as high as that in urban areas. Age?鄄specific mortality of brain tumor remained low among 0~39 years old，and peaked at age group of 80~ years(20.41/105).
