| 摘 要：［目的］ 分析浙江省肿瘤登记地区2010~2014年膀胱癌的发病和死亡情况，为制定膀胱癌的防治政策提供科学依据。［方法］ 收集并整理浙江省肿瘤登记地区2010~2014年膀胱癌的发病与死亡病例，计算膀胱癌的发病率、死亡率、标化率、35~64岁截缩率和0~74岁累积率等指标。［结果］ 浙江省肿瘤登记地区2010~2014年膀胱癌发病率为7.28/10万，占所有癌症发病的2.16%，男性与女性发病比值为3.81∶1。膀胱癌死亡率为2.41/10万，占所有癌症死亡的1.30%，男性与女性死亡比值为3.60∶1。5年来浙江省膀胱癌发病率和死亡率存在一定波动，膀胱癌发病高峰在80~岁组，死亡高峰在85+岁组。［结论］ 膀胱癌发病率和死亡率均随年龄的增长呈上升趋势，中老年男性应作为浙江省膀胱癌防治工作的重点对象，需进一步加强膀胱癌的流行病学监测和预防工作。 |

| Abstract：［Purpose］ To analyze the incidence and mortality of bladder cancer in cancer registries of Zhejiang Province during 2010 to 2014. ［Methods］ The data were collected from 14 cancer regi-stries in Zhejiang Province. The crude incidence rate，mortality rate，age standardized rate，truncated rate (35~64 years) and cumulative rate (0~74 years) were calculated. ［Results］ The crude incidence rate of bladder cancer in Zhejiang cancer registries was 7.28/105 during 2010 to 2014，accounting for 2.16% of all new cancer cases. The incidence in males was higher than that in females with a ratio of 3.81∶1. The crude mortality rate of bladder cancer in Zhejiang cancer regi-stries was 2.41/105 during 2010 to 2014，accounting for 1.30% of all cancer mortality. The mortality in males was higher than that in females with a ratio of 3.60∶1. The incidence and mortality of bladder cancer showed certain fluctuations for five years. The incidence rate peaked in the age group of 80~ years and the mortality rate peaked in the age group of 85+ years. ［Conclusion］ The incidence and mortality of bladder cancer are increasing with age. Middle and elderly men should be the main population for bladder cancer prevention in Zhejiang Province. |
