| 摘 要：［目的］ 分析浙江省肿瘤登记地区2010~2014年卵巢癌的发病与死亡情况，评价其流行状况和发展趋势。［方法］ 根据浙江省14个肿瘤登记处上报的数据，计算并分析浙江省肿瘤登记地区居民卵巢癌的发病率、死亡率及年龄标准化率等指标。［结果］ 2010~2014年浙江省肿瘤登记地区间共报告新发卵巢癌病例2255例，占同期女性恶性肿瘤发病构成的2.51%，中标发病率为5.33/10万，世标率为5.08/10万，年龄别发病率随年龄增长呈不同的变化趋势，35岁之后发病率迅速升高，65~岁组发病率达到顶峰(16.03/10万)，70岁以后开始下降。2010~2014年浙江省肿瘤登记地区卵巢癌死亡754例，占同期女性恶性肿瘤死亡的1.98%，中标死亡率为1.54/10万，世标率为1.53/10万，年龄别死亡率随年龄增长而上升，40岁以后死亡率迅速升高，75~岁组死亡率达到顶峰(8.19/10万)。［结论］ 浙江省卵巢癌发病率已呈现下降趋势，但死亡率仍然有持续上涨的势头，应进一步加强卵巢癌的防治工作。 |

| Abstract：［Purpose］ To analyze the incidence and mortality of ovarian cancer in cancer registration areas of Zhejiang Province from 2010 to 2014. ［Methods］ The data of ovarian cancer new cases and deaths cases were collected from 14 cancer registries in Zhejiang Province. Crude incidence，crude mortality and age-standardized rates(ASR) were calculated respectively.［Results］ The total of 2255 ovary cancer cases diagnosed from 2010 to 2014 were reported in Zhejiang Province，accounting for 2.51% of the malignant tumors of women at the same period. The ASR China of incidence was 5.33/105，and the ASR world was 5.08/105. The incidence of age-specific diseases varied with age，it increased rapidly after 35 years，peaked in age group of 65~ years(16.03/105)，and declined after the age of 70~ years. The total of 754 ovarian cancer patients died between 2010 and 2014 in Zhejiang Province，accounting for 1.98% of female cancer deaths at the same period. The ASR China of mortality was 1.54/105，and the ASR world was 1.53/105. The age-specific mortality increased with age，changed rapidly after 40 years old，and peaked in age group of 75~ years(8.19/105). ［Conclusion］ The incidence of ovarian cancer in Zhejiang Province has shown a downward trend，but the mortality rate is still rising. The prevention and treatment of ovarian cancer should be further strengthened. |
