| Abstract：This article analyzes the advantages，disadvantages，opportunities and threats of the cancer multidisciplinary team(MDT) mode by using political，economic，social and technical factors(PEST-SWOT). The article put forward strategies and suggestions for the multidisciplinary mode，including giving full play to advantages，seizing opportunities，overcoming weaknesses and defusing threats，to provide references for medical institutions. |
