| Abstract：Oncology journals are important platform for carrying and transmitting new achievements，new technologies and new progress in the basic and clinical academic research field of oncology. The professional quality，academic accomplishmen and comprehensive ability of editors have important effect on the quality of journal articles. The self-management of the editors of professional oncology journals are discussed from above aspects in this article. |
