| 摘 要：［目的］ 分析广东省中山市1970~2014年喉癌的死亡资料，为喉癌的防治提供科学依据。［方法］ 收集整理广东省中山市1970~2014年喉癌死亡资料，统计分析其死亡数、粗率、标化率、截缩率和年龄别率等指标。［结果］ 1970~2014年中山市喉癌死亡624例，死亡粗率和世标率分别为1.09/10万和1.15/10万，男性死亡明显高于女性。期间中山市喉癌死亡率35岁之前较低，40岁后男性明显高于女性，女性死亡上升年龄迟于男性，不同时段年龄别死亡模式基本相同。1970~2014年中山市男性和男女合计喉癌死亡总体明显上升，女性相对稳定，而近期男性和男女合计死亡相对稳定。［结论］ 1970~2014年广东中山喉癌死亡位于国内外中高水平，近期男性位于国内外较高水平，女性位于中低水平，且1970~2014年其男性和男女合计死亡明显上升，提示应根据实际制订正确的喉癌防治措施。 |

| Abstract：［Purpose］ To analyze the mortality of laryngeal cancer in Zhongshan City from 1970 to 2014. ［Methods］ The mortality data of laryngeal cancer in Zhongshan City from 1970 to 2014 were collected and calculated. The crude rates(CR)，truncated rates，age standardized rates(ASR) and age specific rates of mortality were calculated and analyzed. ［Results］ There were 624 deaths of laryngeal cancer in Zhongshan City，1970~2014，the CR and ASR by world standard population(ASR world) were 1.09/105 and 1.15/105，respectively，with the male mortality higher than the female. The mortality was lower before 35 years in both genders，while the mortality rates were increased faster in males than those in females after 40 years of age. The age-specific mortality patterns were basically the same in different periods. The overall mortality and the mortality in males were increased significantly from 1970 to 2014，while that remained stable in females during this period. ［Conclusion］ The mortality rates of laryngeal cancer in Zhongshan are at the middle-high level worldwide in 1970~2014；there is a significant increasing trend in male mortality during the period，suggesting that laryngeal cancer prevention and control in males should be strengthened. |
