| 摘 要：近年来，研究显示DJ-1作为一种多功能蛋白质在多种恶性消化系统肿瘤中高表达，参与了肿瘤的发生发展及侵袭转移等过程。在探寻DJ-1调控消化系统肿瘤进程的分子机制中提示DJ-1与抑癌基因PTEN密切相关。DJ-1有望作为一种新型的血清学生物标志物用于消化系统肿瘤的早期诊断与预后判断，并且可能成为消化系统肿瘤治疗的潜在靶点。 |

| Abstract：In recent years，studies have shown that DJ-1 is highly expressed as a multifunctional protein in many malignant digestive system tumors and involved in the process of tumor development，invasion and metastasis. Studies on molecular mechanisms indicate that DJ-1 is interacted with tumor suppressor gene PTEN to regulate the progression of digestive system tumor. DJ-1 is expected to be used as a novel serum biomarker for the early diagnosis and prognosis of digestive system tumors，and a potential target for the treatment of digestive system tumors. |
