摘 要:CSN6是组成型光形态发生因子9(CSN)的一个亚基,是存在于动植物细胞核内高度保守的多亚基蛋白质复合物。近年来研究显示,CSN6在乳腺癌、甲状腺癌、食管鳞状细胞癌等多种恶性肿瘤中过度表达,其与肿瘤的发生、发展密切相关。CSN6是蛋白质水解和信号转导之间的分子平台,参与多条细胞信号转导通路的调控,并由此促进肿瘤的发生及发展,但其上游分子目前研究不多。本文现就CSN6在肿瘤的作用及其作用机制作一综述,以期为恶性肿瘤治疗策略的制定及新型药物的研发提供可靠的理论依据。 |

Abstract:CSN6 is a subunit of constitutive photomorphogenesis 9 signalosome(CSN),a highly conserved multi-subunit protein complex that exists in the nucleus of plants and animals. In recent years,studies have shown that CSN6 is overexpressed in many malignant tumors such as breast cancer,thyroid cancer,and esophageal squamous cell carcinoma,which is closely related to the occurrence and development of tumors. CSN6 is a molecular platform between protein hydrolysis and signal transduction. CSN6 participates in the regulation of multiple cell signal transduction pathways and thus promotes tumorigenesis and tumor development. However,there are few studies on its upstream molecules. This article reviews the role and related mechanism of CSN6 in tumors,which would be of value in development of new therapeutic strategies for malignant tumors. |
