| 摘 要：［目的］ 探讨KIF14在转移性卵巢癌中的表达及其临床意义。［方法］ 应用免疫组织化学方法及RT-PCR方法检测97例转移性卵巢癌和15例正常卵巢组织中KIF14蛋白及mRNA的表达。统计分析KIF14蛋白表达与临床病理参数及卵巢癌患者总生存（OS）及无进展生存（PFS）的相关性。［结果］ 转移性卵巢癌组织中，KIF14蛋白及mRNA表达水平均高于正常卵巢组织，与肿瘤来源无关；KIF14蛋白表达与PFS和OS均呈负相关，而与患者年龄（P=0.030）、腹水（P=0.019）、肿瘤大小（P=0.014）、受侵范围（P=0.000）、Ki67指数(P=0.022)呈正相关。［结论］ KIF14蛋白及mRNA在转移性卵巢癌中表达上调，且KIF14蛋白的表达与转移性卵巢癌的不良预后密切相关。 |

| Abstract：［Purpose］ To investigate the expression of kinesin family member 14(KIF14) in metastatic ovarian tumors and its clinical significance.［Methods］ Immunohistochemistry and reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction method(RT-PCR) were used respectively to detect expressions of KIF14 protein and mRNA in 97 cases of metastatic ovarian tumors and 15 samples of normal ovarian tissues. The associations of KIF14 protein expression with clinicopathologic parameters and overall survival(OS) and progression free survival(PFS) of patients were analyzed. ［Results］ The expressions of KIF14 protein and mRNA in metastatic ovarian tumor tissues were higher than those in normal ovary tissues，and that was not correlated negatively with OS and PFS，and positively correlated with age(P=0.030)，ascites(P=0.019)，tumor size(P=0.014)，extent of the invasion(P=0.000) and Ki67 index(P=0.022).［Conclusion］ KIF14 is highly expressed in metastatic ovarian tumor，and is closely related to the poor prognosis of patients. |
