| 摘 要：喉神经内分泌癌是一种少见的恶性肿瘤，根据细胞形态及生物学行为分为类癌、非典型类癌、大细胞神经内分泌癌及小细胞神经内分泌癌。本文对该肿瘤的病因、临床表现、免疫组化特征、鉴别诊断、治疗预后等方面的研究进展进行简要综述。 |

| Abstract：Laryngeal neuroendocrine carcinoma is a rare malignant tumor. According to morphology and biological behavior，neuroendocrine carcinoma are divided into carcinoid，atypical carcinoid，large cell neuroendocrine carcinoma and small cell neuroendocrine carcinoma. In this paper，the etiology，clinical features，immunohistochemical features，differential diagnosis，treatment prognosis and progress of the tumor are reviewed. |
