| 摘 要：［目的］ 分析广东省中山市2013年恶性肿瘤的死亡资料，为中山市恶性肿瘤的防治提供科学依据。［方法］ 收集整理广东省中山市2013年恶性肿瘤死亡资料，分析其死亡数、粗率、标化率、构成和顺位等指标。［结果］ 广东省中山市2013年恶性肿瘤死亡2845例，世界标化死亡率为134.41/10万，男性死亡率高于女性，死亡前5位恶性肿瘤分别是肺癌、肝癌、鼻咽癌、结肠癌和食管癌。其年龄别死亡率在40岁之前较低，男女接近，其后男性死亡率明显高于女性。［结论］ 2013年广东省中山市恶性肿瘤尤其是鼻咽癌死亡率位于国内外较高水平，应加强中山市恶性肿瘤尤其是鼻咽癌的防治。 |

| Abstract：［Purpose］ To analyze the cancer death in Zhongshan city of Guangdong province in 2013. ［Methods］ The data of 2013 cancer death in Zhongshan were collected. The crude rates，age standardized rates，proportions and ranks were calculated and analyzed. ［Results］ There were 2845 cancer deaths in Zhongshan in 2013. The age-standardized rate by world population was 134.41/105，with the rate of male higher than that of female. Top five cancer death were lung，liver，nasopharynx，colon and esophagus cancers. The age-specific mortality rate was at low level before age of 40，and the rate of male was close to that of female；but it was much higher than that of female after age of 40. ［Conclusion］ Cancer mortality in Zhongshan in 2013，especially nasopharyngeal cancer mortality，is at high level，indicating that cancer control and prevention in Zhongshan should be enhanced. |
