| 摘 要：恶性黑色素瘤是一种具有高度侵袭性的肿瘤类型，在肿瘤形成早期便可发生淋巴和血道转移，预后差，属严重威胁人类健康的恶性肿瘤之一。近年来，随着基础免疫学和肿瘤生物学的迅速发展，针对恶性黑色素瘤发生发展、侵袭转移的过程所进行的免疫治疗正进入一个新时期。在常规治疗使肿瘤负荷尽可能降低后，免疫治疗可取得更好疗效。文章就恶性黑色素瘤免疫治疗方面的现状与进展作一综述。 |

| Abstract：Malignant melanoma is a highly aggressive tumor. Lymphatic and hematogenous metastases may occur at the early stage of tumor formation. The poor prognosis of malignant melanoma makes it a serious threat to human health. In recent years，with the rapid development of basic immunology and tumor biology，the immunotherapy of malignant melanoma is entering a new era. Immunotherapy can achieve better results when the conventional treatment makes the tumor burden reduced as much as possible. This article reviews the current status and progress of immunotherapy for malignant melanoma to provide information for clinical practice. |
