| 摘 要：随着内镜治疗技术的发展，内镜黏膜下剥离术(endoscopic submucosal dissection，ESD )被证实为一种治疗早期食管癌安全、有效的治疗技术。与以往早期食管癌内镜治疗技术相比，ESD技术使大块食管黏膜病灶完整切除成为可能，早期食管癌和癌前病变的内镜切除适应证再次得到扩展。内镜黏膜下剥离术治疗早期食管癌与传统外科手术相比，具有创伤小、并发症少、恢复快、费用低等优点，且二者疗效相当，5年生存率均可达95%以上。该文就早期食管癌ESD治疗技术的临床应用及发展现状进行综述。 |

| Abstract：With the development of endoscopic techniques，endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) is proved to be a safe and effective therapy for early esophageal cancer. The emergence of ESD makes complete resection for larger esophageal lesions possible，the application has been expanded for treatment of early esophageal cancer and precancerous lesions. Compared with traditional surgery，ESD is minimally invasive，with fewer complications，faster recovery and lower cost in treatment of early esophageal cancer，and the 5-year survival rate can be more than 95%. In this paper，clinical application and development of ESD for early esophageal cancer are discussed. |
