| 摘 要：［目的］分析云南省个旧市2013年恶性肿瘤的发病和死亡情况。［方法］对个旧市2013年恶性肿瘤登记数据进行分析，个旧市2013年恶性肿瘤的病理学诊断比例（MV%）为60.87%，只有死亡医学证明书比例（DCO%）为3.34%，死亡/发病比（M/I）为0.62。计算恶性肿瘤发病(死亡)率、年龄别发病(死亡)率、标化发病（死亡）率、截缩发病（死亡）率及累积发病（死亡）率等指标。［结果］2013年个旧市恶性肿瘤粗发病率为228.87/10万，中标率为151.72/10万，世标率为146.62/10万，截缩率为269.27/10万，累积发病率（0～74 岁）为16.58%。2013年个旧市恶性肿瘤粗死亡率为141.61/10万，中标率为88.04/10万，世标率为85.74/10万，截缩率为131.43/10万，累积死亡率（0～74 岁）为9.32%。肺癌、结直肠癌、女性乳腺癌、肝癌、胃癌、白血病、脑瘤、宫颈癌、前列腺癌和胆囊癌是个旧市主要的恶性肿瘤，占全部新发病例的67.67%。肺癌、结直肠癌、肝癌、胃癌、白血病、胰腺癌、女性乳腺癌、胆囊癌、淋巴瘤和食道癌是主要的肿瘤死因，占全部死亡病例的75.68%。［结论］个旧市恶性肿瘤发病率和死亡率均低于全国平均水平，肺癌、消化道癌、女性乳腺癌、宫颈癌和卵巢癌是个旧市居民的主要恶性肿瘤，应加强上述肿瘤的防治。 |

| Abstract：［Purpose］ To analyze the incidence and mortality of cancer in Gejiu city in 2013. ［Methods］ The data of malignant tumor registration in Gejiu city in 2013 were analyzed. The crude incidence/mortality rates，age-specified incidence/mortality rates，age-standardized incidence/mortality rates，the truncated age-standardized incidence/mortality rates，and cumulative incidence/mortality rates were calculated. ［Results］ The morphology verified cases(MV%) accounted for 60.87% and 3.34% of incident cases were identified. The mortality to incidence ratio（M/I） was 0.62． The incidence rate of malignant tumor in Gejiu city in 2013 was 228.87/105，the age-standardized incidence rate by Chinese population was 151.72/105 and by world population was 146.62/105. The truncated age-standardized incidence rate by world population is 269.27/105，and the accumulative incidence rate was 16.58%. The mortality rate of malignant tumor in Gejiu city in 2013 was 141.61/105，the age-standardized mortality rate by Chinese population was 88.04/105 and by world population was 85.74/105. The truncated age-standardized mortality rate by world population was 131.43/105，and the accumulative mortality rate was 9.32%． Lung cancer，colorectal cancer，breast cancer（female），liver cancer，gastric cancer，leukemia，brain tumors，cervix cancer，prostate cancer and gallbladder cancer were the most common cancers，accounting for about 67.67% of all cancer cases．Lung cancer，colorectal cancer，liver cancer，gastric cancer，leukemia，pancreatic cancer（female），breast cancer，gallbladder cancer，lymphoma as well as esophageal cancer were the most causes of cancer deaths，accounting for 75.68% of all cancer deaths．［Conclusion］ The incidence rate and mortality rate of malignant tumor in Gejiu are lower than the national average level. Lung cancer，digestive system cancer，breast cancer，ovarian cancer，and cervical cancer are the most common cancers in Gejiu. |
