摘要：肿瘤的发生发展与基因表达水平的改变有密切关系。FOXF1基因是具有重要生物学功能的一个基因，近年来研究发现，FOXF1基因在肿瘤的发生发展中也起重要的作用，但不同癌症组织中其具体作用机制有所差异。文章对FOXF1基因在肿瘤研究中的进展进行综述。

英文摘要:

Abstract：The progress of tumor is closely related with gene expression. Forkhead box-F1(FOXF1 )gene has been reported to have important biological function and play a crucial role in tumor progress，but the mechanism of FOXF1 has discrepancy for different tumor. In this article the progress of FOXF1 gene in cancer research was reviewed.
