| 摘 要：［目的］ 分析江苏省泰兴市2013年恶性肿瘤流行情况。［方法］ 对2013年泰兴市恶性肿瘤发病和死亡数据进行分析。［结果］ 泰兴市2013年恶性肿瘤粗发病率为251.42/10万，中标率为151.23/10万；粗死亡率为188.52/10万，中标率103.85/10万。恶性肿瘤的发病与死亡男性都显著高于女性，并且随着年龄增长基本呈上升趋势，85岁以上年龄发病情况有所下降。［结论］ 应将中老年男性作为重点防治对象，鼓励定期筛查；食管癌、肝癌、胃癌、肺癌及女性乳腺癌是影响居民健康的主要恶性肿瘤，需要加强这些肿瘤的监测与干预。 |

| Abstract：［Purpose］ To analyze the cancer incidence and mortality in Taixing city of Jiangsu province，2013. ［Methods］ The cancer incidence and mortality of Taixing in 2013 were analyzed. ［Results］ In 2013，the crude incidence in Taixing was 251.42/105，age-standardized incidence by Chinese standard population was 151.23/105；the crude mortality was 188.52/105，age-standardized mortality by Chinese standard population was 103.85/105. The rates of incidence and mortality in males were significantly higher than those in females，and there was an upward trend with the age growth，but downward in people over 85 years old. ［Conclusion］ Middle-aged and elderly males are at the high risk of cancers; esophagus，liver，stomach，lung and woman breast cancer are the major malignant tumors threatening residents in Taixing city，and more efforts should be made to strengthen monitoring and intervention of malignant tumors. |
