| 摘 要：多学科专家协作组（multidisciplinary team，MDT）诊疗模式已经成为恶性肿瘤诊疗的国际趋势。中国医学科学院肿瘤医院从2000年开始探索，开展针对住院患者和门诊患者的多种形式的MDT诊疗模式，出台了相应的规范制度和激励机制，对MDT诊疗工作的开展起到了积极作用。MDT诊疗模式的发展和壮大，加强了学科间的协作，提高了医疗质量，保障了患者的治疗效果。 |

| Abstract：Multidisciplinary team（MDT）becomes a trend internationally in the management of malignancies. Cancer Hospital of Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences has implemented several MDT programs for both inpatients and outpatients since 2000. The corresponding standard system and incentive mechanism have been introduced，which plays an active role in MDT programs. Continuous development of MDT will enhance inter-discipline cooperation，improve medical quality and ensure the better outcomes of patients. |
