| 摘 要：［目的］ 分析2012年山西省阳泉市恶性肿瘤的发病和死亡情况。［方法］ 按照全国肿瘤登记中心制定的审核方法和标准对2012年阳泉市居民恶性肿瘤发病和死亡上报资料进行收集、整理、统计和分析。［结果］ 2012年阳泉市恶性肿瘤新发病例2920 例，其中男性1700例，女性1220例；恶性肿瘤发病率为221.60/10万（男性249.00/10万，女性192.15/10万）；死亡病例1515例，其中男性 939例，女性576 例，死亡率114.98/10万（男性137.53/10万，女性90.72/10万）。全市前10位恶性肿瘤发病依次为肺癌、胃癌、食管癌、结直肠肛门癌、肝癌、宫颈癌、女性乳腺癌、肾癌、膀胱癌、脑瘤，占全部恶性肿瘤发病的81.19%；全市前10位恶性肿瘤死亡依次为肺癌、胃癌、食管癌、肝癌、结直肠肛门癌、脑瘤、白血病、女性乳腺癌、宫颈癌、肾癌，占全部恶性肿瘤死亡的87.91%。［结论］ 恶性肿瘤是威胁阳泉市居民健康的重大疾病，常见恶性肿瘤主要是肺癌、胃癌、食管癌、肝癌、结直肠肛门癌以及女性乳腺癌和宫颈癌，应进一步加强主要肿瘤的预防和控制。 |

| Abstract：［Purpose］ To analyze the cancer incidence and mortality in Yangquan，2012. ［Methods］ According to the methods and standards of National Cancer Registry，the data of cancer incidences and deaths in Yangquan City in 2012 were collected and analyzed. ［Results］ There were 2920 new cases of all cancer sites reported in 2012，of which 1700 were males，1220 were females. The crude incidence rate was 221.6/105(249.00/105 in males and 192.15/105 in females）. There were 1515 cases of cancer deaths，of which 939 were males and 576 were females. The crude mortality rate was 114.98/105（137.53/105 in males and 90.72/105 in females）. The top 10 incidence of cancer were lung cancer，stomach cancer，esophageal cancer，colorectal/anal cancer，liver cancer，female breast cancer，kidney cancer，bladder cancer and brain tumor，accounting for 81.19% of all cancers. The top 10 malignant tumor deaths were lung cancer，gastric cancer，esophageal cancer，liver cancer，colorectal cancer，brain tumor，leukemia，female breast cancer，cervical cancer，kidney cancer，accounting for 87.91% of all cancers. ［Conclusion］ Malignant tumor is a major disease threat to Yangquan residents. The major malignant tumors in Yangquan are lung cancer，gastric cancer，esophageal cancer，liver cancer，colorectal cancer and female breast cancer and cervical cancer，and we should further strengthen the prevention and control of major tumors. |
