| Abstract：Endocrine therapy is part of comprehensive treatment in breast cancer with irreplaceable importance. However，the drug resistance of endocrine therapy restricts its efficacy. This paper aims to review the mechanism of endocrine resistance in breast cancer，and to summarize the advanced therapeutic methods of reversing drug resistance and to provide a new direction for endocrine therapy in clinic. |
