摘 要:姜黄素具有广泛的抗肿瘤活性,能够抑制多种类型肿瘤的生长。近年来,有研究发现姜黄素对肿瘤干细胞,尤其是结肠癌干细胞具有直接抑制作用。然而,姜黄素影响结肠癌干细胞生存的作用机制比较复杂,可以通过调控多种信号通路、转录因子、膜受体及激酶等方式发挥效应。文章就姜黄素靶向结肠癌干细胞的作用机制研究进展进行综述,为姜黄素抗结肠癌研究提供理论依据。 |

Abstract:Curcumin possesses extensive anti-tumor activity and can inhibit various types of cancer. In recent years,evidence has shown that curcumin is effective in inhibiting cancer stem cells,especially colon cancer stem cells. The underlying mechanisms of its effect on colon cancer stem cells are complex,which may involve the key regulators in cancer stem cells,including the signaling pathways,transcription factors,membrane receptors and kinases. In this paper,research progresses on the mechanisms of targeting colon cancer stem cells by curcumin were summarized in order to provide theoretical basis for anti-colon cancer research. |
