| 摘 要：［目的］ 通过调查医学研究生医患沟通认知现状，指导开展医患沟通培训课程和考核。［方法］ 自行设计调查问卷，内容包括调查对象基本情况，对医患沟通态度和方式的认知情况，影响医患沟通的因素和自我评价。用SPSS 18.0 统计分析。［结果］ 95.12%的医学研究生认为医患沟通重要，语言沟通中最重要的是通俗易懂，医生工作任务繁忙、时间和精力不足是影响医患沟通效果的重要因素。［结论］ 加强医患沟通的认知，改进培训课程，加强考评以提高医学生医患沟通能力。 |

| Abstract：［Purpose］ To survey the current status of awareness of doctor-patient communication among medical postgraduates. ［Methods］ A survey was conducted with a self-evaluation questionnaire among 41 master degree medical students. The items of questionnaire included the awareness and the attitude towards doctor-patient communication，the factors affecting the doctor-patient communication and self-assessment. SPSS 18.0 software was used for data analysis. ［Results］ Among all participants 95.12% thought that doctor-patient communication was important. There were various factors affecting the doctor-patient communication，among which insufficient time and efforts of doctors were the most important ones affecting doctor-patient communication. ［Conclusion］ The training should be strengthened to improve the awareness and ability of doctor-patient communication for medical postgraduate students. |
