摘要：MAGI作为重要的支架蛋白家族，参与调控细胞的增殖、迁移及侵袭等生物学过程。随着对MAGI家族的不断深入研究，近年来发现MAGI家族抑制多种肿瘤的发生发展，且其在不同肿瘤中的功能与作用机制已被陆续揭示。全文就MAGI家族成员的结构特征、相关结构域的功能及其在不同肿瘤中发挥的生物学作用与相应分子生物学机制等作一综述。

英文摘要:

Abstract：MAGI，as an essential scaffolding protein family，plays a critical role in cell proliferation，migration，invasion and some other biological functions. Related researches have revealed that MAGI inhibits the tumorgenesis and progression of various cancers. The recent progress on the structure of family members，the functions of related domains of MAGI and especially its functions and molecular mechanisms related to tumorgenesis are reviewed.
