| 摘 要：［目的］ 分析厦门市居民胃癌不同性别、年龄组的疾病负担及其变化趋势，为厦门市胃癌防治工作提供科学依据。［方法］ 收集2010~2014年厦门市居民胃癌死亡数据，运用早死所致的健康生命损失年(YLL)、残疾所致的健康生命损失年(YLD)、伤残调整寿命年（DALY）对胃癌疾病负担进行测量、分析。［结果］ 2010~2014年厦门市居民胃癌粗死亡率为16.34/10万，标化死亡率为16.97/10万；男性粗死亡率为23.66/10万，标化死亡率为24.82/10万；女性粗死亡率为9.07/10万，标化死亡率为9.26/10万；每千人口胃癌YLL、YLD、DALY分别为1.280、0.013、1.293；男性（1.791、0.018、1.809）均高于女性（0.774、0.007、0.781），60~岁年龄组（5.628、0.055、5.683）负担最重。［结论］ YLL是厦门市居民胃癌疾病负担的主要来源；30岁以上男性以及50岁以上老年群体是重点防治人群。 |

| Abstract：［Purpose］ To analyze the disease burden of stomach cancer and its trends from 2010 to 2014 in Xiamen city. ［Methods］ The data of stomach cancer death in Xiamen residents were collected from the surveillance system. The years of life lost(YLL)，years of life lost due to disability (YLD) and disability adjusted life year(DALY) were used to analyzed the burden of stomach cancer. ［Results］ From 2010 to 2014，the overall crude mortality rate of stomach cancer was 16.34/105，the standardized mortality rate was 16.97105 in Xiamen city. For males，the crude mortality rate was 23.66/105，the standardized mortality rate was 24.82/105；for females，the crude mortality rate was 9.07/105，the standardized mortality rate was 9.26/105. The YLL，YLD and DALY of Xiamen residents were 1.280，0.013 and 1.293 per 1000；those for males(1.791，0.018，1.809 per 1000) were higher than those in females(0.774，0.007，0.781 per 1000)；and the disease burden of 60～age group(5.628，0.055，5.683 per 1000) was the highest. ［Conclusion］ The data indicate that the main source of the disease burden of stomach cancer is YLL in Xiamen residents；and the males over 30 and the people over 50 of both genders should be the target population for prevention of stomach cancer. |
