| 摘 要：［目的］ 探讨BRAFV600E基因突变与乳头状甲状腺癌(PTC)淋巴结转移的相关性。［方法］ 通过第四军医大学图书馆文献管理数据库检索中国生物医学文献数据库、中国学术期刊全文数据库（CNKI）和万方数据库，收集2005年1月至2015年12月发表的关于BRAFV600E在PTC中表达及其与PTC临床病理特征或淋巴结转移相关性的中文研究资料。采用Revman Manager 5.3软件对研究结果进行Meta分析。通过异质性检验选择固定效应模型或随机效应模型计算合并的比值比（OR值）及其95%置信区间（95%CI），并进行敏感性分析和发表偏倚评估。［结果］ 根据纳入标准、剔除标准，本文最终纳入35篇文献进行Meta分析，共计病例3404例，BRAFV600E突变型组1978例，BRAFV600E野生型组1426例。合并后合并效应量OR=1.87(95%CI：1.61～2.17，P<0.00001)。［结论］ BRAFV600E与PTC淋巴结转移呈明显正相关，BRAFV600E突变可显著提高PTC患者淋巴结转移的发生概率。 |

| Abstract：［Purpose］ To evaluate the correlation between BRAFV600E gene mutation and lymph node metastasis in papillary thyroid carcinoma. ［Methods］ Chinese studies related to BRAFV600E expression and the pathological characteristics or lymph node metastasis in papillary thyroid carcinoma were searched from Chinese Biomedical Literature database(CBM)，China National Knowledge Internet(CNKI) and Wanfang database between January 2005 and December 2015. Revman Manager 5.3 software was used for Meta-analysis. Odds ratios(ORs) and 95% confidence interval(95%CI) were calculated using fixed- or random-effects model via heterogeneity test，and the publication bias and sensitivity were evaluated.［Results］ According to the inclusive and exclusive criteria，35 studies，involving 3404 cases with 1978 cases of BRAFV600E mutation，were included for Meta-analysis. Analysis demonstrated that BRAFV600E gene mutation was positively correlated with lymph node metastasis in papillary thyroid carcinoma(OR=1.87，95%CI：1.61～2.17，P<0.00001). ［Conclusion］ BRAFV600E is positively correlated to the lymph node metastasis of papillary thyroid carcinoma. |
