| 摘 要：近年来多项研究发现Vps4在多种恶性肿瘤组织中的表达明显降低，该基因发生丢失及突变均可引起肿瘤的发生、发展和转移。Vps4参与细胞调节的机制是多样性的，其通过调节细胞有丝分裂、多泡体（MVBs）和外泌体（exosome）的形成，参与EGFR等多种细胞因子的降解、PI3K/Akt/mTOR等信号通路的转导以及miRNAs在细胞间的转运来调节细胞的生长、增殖和凋亡。全文就Vps4的结构特征、在肿瘤组织中的异常表达及其抑癌机制等方面的研究进展作一综述。 |

| Abstract：In recent years a number of studies found that the expression of Vps4 was significantly decreased in a variety of malignant tumors，and the loss and mutation of Vps4 was associated with tumor occurrence，development and metastasis. The mechanisms of Vps4 participating in cell regulation are diverse. Vps4 takes part in degradation of cytokines，transduction of PI3K/Akt/mTOR signaling pathway and intercellular transport of miRNAs，to regulate cell growth，proliferation and apoptosis through regulating cell mitosis，and formation of multivesicular bodies and exosomes. In this review，the research advances about the structural characteristics，the abnormal expression in tumor tissue and anticancer mechanism of Vps4 are summarized. |
