| 摘 要：［目的］ 了解2011～2014年盐城市恶性肿瘤的发病与死亡情况，为肿瘤预防控制提供科学依据。［方法］ 运用描述流行病学研究，对2011～2014年盐城市恶性肿瘤发病及死亡资料进行分析，分别计算发病（死亡）率、标化发病（死亡）率、年龄别发病（死亡）率、累积发病（死亡）率、截缩率和构成比。［结果］ 2011～2014年盐城市恶性肿瘤发病率为281.75/10万，中标率为128.55/10万，世标率为169.07/10万；恶性肿瘤死亡率为215.95/10万，中标率为92.16/10万，世标率为124.23/10万。男性肿瘤发病率和死亡率均高于女性，且随着年龄的增长而升高。食管癌、胃癌、肺癌和肝癌等是盐城市最常见的恶性肿瘤；肺癌、食管癌、胃癌和肝癌是盐城市主要的肿瘤死因。［结论］ 盐城市恶性肿瘤发病低于全国平均水平，但从单病种来看，食管癌高发，以食管癌为首的消化系统肿瘤应是盐城市恶性肿瘤防控的重点。 |

| Abstract：［Purpose］ To study the incidence and mortality of cancer in Yancheng city from 2011 to 2014，so as to provide the evidence for prevention and control cancer in Yancheng city. ［Methods］ The descriptive epidemiology was used to analyze the incidence and mortality of cancer in Yancheng city from 2011 to 2014. The indexes included the crude incidence and mortality，age-standarded incidence rates by Chinese population and world population，age-specific incidence and mortality rates and cumulative rates. ［Results］ The crude incidence of cancer in Yancheng city was 281.75/105，and the age-standarded incidence rates by Chinese population and world population were 128.55/105 and 169.07/105；In addition，the mortality of cancer was 215.95/105，the age-standarded mortality rates by Chinese population and world population were 92.16/105 and 124.23/105. The incidence and mortality of cancer of male were higher than that of female. The incidence and mortality of cancer increased with age. The most common cancers were esophageal cancer，gastric cancer，lung cancer and liver cancer. Lung cancer，esophageal cancer，gastric cancer and liver cancer were the most common cause of death. ［Conclusions］ The incidence of malignant cancer in Yancheng city is lower than that in the national average level，but from a single disease situation，esophagcal cancer has a high incidence. Cancer prevention and control should be enhanced，especially for esophageal cancer. |
