| 摘 要：［目的］分析云南省个旧市2012年恶性肿瘤的发病和死亡情况。［方法］对个旧市2012年恶性肿瘤登记数据进行分析，计算恶性肿瘤发病(死亡)率、年龄别发病(死亡)率、标化发病（死亡）率、截缩发病（死亡）率及累积发病（死亡）率等指标。［结果］ 2012年个旧市恶性肿瘤粗发病率为215.58/10 万，中标发病率为148.88/10 万，世标率为142.69/10万，截缩率为237.61/10万，累积发病率（0～74 岁）为15.63%。2012年个旧市恶性肿瘤粗死亡率为141.00/10 万，中标死亡率为90.82/10 万，世标率为88.97/10万，截缩率为132.60/10万，累积死亡率（0～74 岁）为9.63%。肺癌、结直肠癌、肝癌、女性乳腺癌和宫颈癌是个旧市主要的恶性肿瘤，占全部新发病例的57.38%。肺癌、肝癌、结直肠癌、白血病和女性乳腺癌是主要的肿瘤死因，约占总死亡病例的68.23%。［结论］ 肺癌、消化道癌、女性乳腺癌和宫颈癌是个旧市居民的主要恶性肿瘤，应进一步加强监测与干预。 |

| Abstract：［Purpose］ To analyze the incidence and mortality of cancer in Gejiu city in 2012. ［Methods］ The data of malignant tumor registration of Gejiu city in 2012 were collected. The crude incidence/mortality，age-specified incidence/mortality rates，age-standardized incidence/mortality rates，the truncated age-standardized incidence/mortality rates and cumulative incidence/mortality rates were calculated. ［Results］ The incidence of malignant tumor in Gejiu city in 2012 was 215.58/105，the age-standardized incidence rate by Chinese population was 148.88/105，the age-standardized incidence rate by world population was 142.69/105，the truncated age-standardized incidence rate by world population was 237.61/105，and the accumulative incidence rate was 15.63%. The mortality of malignant tumor in Gejiu city in 2012 was 141.00/105，the age-standardized mortality rate by Chinese population was 90.82/105，the age-standardized mortality rate by world population was 88.97/105，the truncated age-standardized mortality rate by world population was 132.60/105，and the accumulative mortality rate was 9.63%．Cancers of lung，colon and rectum，liver，female breast and cervix were the most common cancers，accounting for 57.38% of all new cancer cases. Lung cancer，liver cancer，colorectal cancer，leukemia and female breast cancer were the most common causes of cancer deaths，accounted for 68.23% of all cancer deaths.［Conclusion］ Lung cancer，digestive system cancer，female breast cancer and cervical cancer are the most common cancers in Gejiu city. |
