| 摘 要：［目的］ 研究泛素连接酶Hrd1在胃癌组织中的表达及其与胃癌患者临床病理特征及预后的关系。［方法］ 收集60例胃癌患者手术切除组织，采用免疫组化SP法检测Hrd1在胃癌组织和癌旁组织中的表达情况。［结果］ 60例胃癌患者的组织中有38例Hrd1阳性表达，阳性率为63.3%，在癌旁正常组织中23例Hrd1阳性表达，阳性率为38.3%，在胃癌组织中明显高于癌旁组织（P<0.05）。Hrd1在胃癌组织中的表达与肿瘤的大小、TNM分期有关（P<0.05）；而与患者性别、年龄、分化程度及淋巴结转移、肿瘤发生部位等指标无明显相关性（P>0.05）。Hrd1在胃癌组织中的表达与胃癌预后相关（P<0.05）。［结论］ Hrd1表达与胃癌发生、发展有关，其在胃癌中的表达情况可以作为判断胃癌预后的参考指标。 |

| Abstract：［Purpose］ To investigate the expression of Hrd1 in gastric cancer and its clincopathological significance.［Methods］ The expression of Hrd1 in 60 samples of gastric carcinoma and adjacent normal tissues was detected by immunohistochemical SP method. ［Results］ Of 60 cases of patients with gastric cancer tissues，the positive rate of Hrd1 was 63.3%，which was significantly higher than that in adjacent normal tissues(38.3%). The expression of Hrd1 was related to tumor size and clinical stage(P<0.05)，but wasn’t related to age，gender，tumor differentiation，lymph metastasis and tumor location(P>0.05). Moreover，correlation was found between expression of Hrd1 and prognosis of gastric cancer(P<0.05). ［Conclusions］ Hrd1 plays an important role in gastric cancer development. The expression of Hrd1 in gastric carcinoma can be used as a reference index for judging the prognosis of gastric cancer. |
