| 摘 要：［目的］ 探讨上海市金山区恶性肿瘤发病与死亡情况。［方法］ 利用上海市肿瘤病例登记报告系统中的金山区2008～2012年恶性肿瘤病例资料，计算发病（死亡）率、世界标化发病（死亡）率、年龄别发病（死亡）率等，采用Excel对数据进行整理和分析。［结果］ 2008～2012年金山区共报告恶性肿瘤新发病例9789例，粗发病率378.19/10万，世标率195.58/10万；死亡病例5852例，粗死亡率226.09/10万，世标率107.13/10万。男性发病率、死亡率均高于女性，男女性发病率和死亡率随着年龄的增长而上升。肺癌为男性发病率和男、女性死亡率最高的恶性肿瘤，乳腺癌为女性发病率最高的恶性肿瘤。［结论］ 金山区主要恶性肿瘤为肺癌、胃癌、肝癌、乳腺癌、食管癌，老年人恶性肿瘤应作为防控重点。 |

| Abstract：［Purpose］ To analysis cancer incidence and mortality in Jinshan District of Shanghai. ［Methods］ The epidemic data and monitoring data of malignancies in Jinshan District from 2008 to 2012 was collected，the Incidence and mortality，age- standardized incidence and mortality by world standard population (ASR world)，age-specific incidence and mortality were calculated. The data was analyzed by Excel. ［Results］ From 2008 to 2012，the total new cases of malignant tumors in Jinshan District were 9789，the crude incidence was 378.19/105，and the ASR world was 195.58/105. The total cancer death cases were 5852，the crude mortality was 226.09/105，and the ASR world was 107.13/105. The incidence and mortality of male were higher than those in female. With the growth of age，the incidence and mortality increased for both male and female. The results also indicated that lung cancer was the highest incidence malignant tumor for male，and the highest mortality for male and female，the highest incidence malignant tumor for female was breast cancer. ［Conclusion］ Lung cancer，gastric cancer，liver cancer，breast cancer，esophageal cancer is the major malignant tumor in Jinshan District，and more attention should be paid to elderly population. |
