| 摘 要：［目的］ 探讨肝X受体α（LXRα）在胃癌组织中表达的临床意义。［方法］ 收集2011年5月至2014年5月在上海市第五人民医院手术的胃癌组织及癌旁正常组织各65例，利用免疫组化和荧光定量PCR方法检测各组织中LXRα的表达，分析LXRα表达与胃癌临床病理特征的关系。［结果］ LXRα 蛋白在胃癌组织中表达高于癌旁正常组织(P=0.000)；LXRα在超过5cm的胃癌组织中表达高于5cm以下的肿瘤(χ2=6.744，P=0.011)，有淋巴结转移高于无淋巴结转移(χ2=28.765，P=0.000)，有远处转移高于无远处转移(χ2=5.647，P=0.024)，T分期越高表达越高(χ2=13.965，P=0.003)；LXRα表达与年龄(χ2=0.018，P=1.000)、性别(χ2=0.492，P=0.728)、肿瘤部位(χ2=1.400，P=0.266)及病理分型(χ2=0.376，P=0.945)无明显相关。［结论］ LXRα蛋白在胃癌组织中表达更高，与胃癌大小、淋巴结转移、远处转移和T分期相关；推测LXRα参与调控胃癌生长转移。 |

| Abstract：［Purpose］ To explore the clinical significance of liver x receptor α expression in gastric cancer tissue. ［Methods］ 65 cases of gastric cancer and adjacent normal tissues were collcoted，which were completed surgical resection in our hospital during May 2011 to May 2014. LXRα expression of all tissues by immunohistochemistry and fluorescence quantitative PCR method was detected，the relationship between LXRα expression and clinicopathological features of gastric cancer was analyzed. ［Results］ LXRα protein was higher expression in gastric cancer tissues than peritumoral normal tissues (P=0.000). LXRα expression in above 5cm higher than below 5cm in gastric cancer tissues(χ2=6.744，P=0.011)，with lymph node metastasis higher than those without lymph node metastasis(χ2=28.765，P=0.000)，with distant metastasis higher than those without distant metastasis (χ2=5.647，P=0.024)，the higher expression of the higher T stages(χ2=13.965，P=0.003)，LXRα expression had no significant correlation with age(χ2=0.018，P=1.000)，gender(χ2=0.492，P=0.728)，tumor site(χ2=1.400，P=0.266) and tumor differentiation(χ2=0.376，P=0.945). ［Conclusion］ LXRα protein was higher expression in gastric carcinoma，which related to gastric cancer size，lymph node and distant metastasis，and T stage. We speculate that LXRα involved in the regulation of gastric cancer growth and metastasis. |
