| 摘 要：乳腺癌具有高度异质性，手术、化疗、放疗及靶向治疗已明显提高了乳腺癌患者的生存率，但是复发率和死亡率仍然很高。伴随免疫学的发展，乳腺癌的免疫治疗已经成为了一种治疗该疾病的新方法。目前已经有多种临床试验证明乳腺癌免疫治疗的特异性和安全性。全文对该领域的研究现状及进展作一综述。 |

| Abstract：Breast cancer has a high degree of heterogeneity. Surgery，chemotherapy，radiotherapy and targeted therapy has significantly improved the survival rate of patients with breast cancer，but the recurrence rate and mortality is still high. With the development of immunology，the immunotherapy of breast cancer has become a new treatment. There are a variety of clinical trials proving the specificity and safety of breast cancer immunotherapy. This review aims to summarize the current research status and progress in this field. |
