| Abstract：Circulating tumor cells(CTCs ) refers to malignant tumor cells released into the blood from solid tumor or metastases spontaneously or because of operation for diagnosis and treatment. Recently，intimate connection between CTCs and the early diagnosis，clinical staging，curative efficiency evaluation，individualized treatment and prognosis evaluation of lung cancer and its separation，detection have become a hot topic. Now，issues mentioned above were summarized and generalized in this article. |
