| 摘 要：［目的］ 探讨中山市1970~2012年甲状腺癌发病概况，为中山市甲状腺癌防治提供科学依据。［方法］ 收集整理1970~2012年中山市肿瘤登记资料中的甲状腺癌发病资料，统计分析其发病数、粗发病率、标化率和年龄别发病率等指标。［结果］ 1970~2012年中山市甲状腺癌发病1151例，其粗发病率、中国和世界标化率分别为2.26/10万、2.00/10万和2.27/10万，女性发病世标率是男性的3.31倍。虽然1970~2012中山市甲状腺癌发病总体上升，但主要从1995年开始明显上升，且女性发病上升时间早于男性。此外，不同时代其发病年龄和高峰年龄有提前趋势。［结论］ 中山市甲状腺癌发病位于世界较高水平，且发病率呈明显上升，提示中山市应加强甲状腺癌的防治。 |

| Abstract：［Purpose］ To investigate thyroid cancer incidence in 1970~2012 in Zhongshan city，and to provide scientific information for its control and prevention. ［Methods］ Thyroid cancer incident data of Zhongshan from 1970 to 2012，which came from Zhongshan Cancer Registry，were collected and collated. Its new numbers，crude incidence，age-standardized incidence by Chinese standard population (ASR China)，age-standardized incidence by world standard population((ASR world) and age specific rate were analyzed. ［Results］ There were 1151 new thyroid cancer cases in Zhongshan in 1970~2012，its crude incidence，ASR China and ASR world were 2.26/105，2.00/105 and 2.27/105，respectively. Its female ASR world was 3.31 times of male. Its incidence increased during 1970~2012，but only remarkably increased after 1995，and its female incidence increased earlier than male. Otherwise，there were a younger trend for its incidence age and peak age. ［Conclusion］ Thyroid cancer incidence in Zhongshan was at high level worldwide，and its incidence increased obviously during the period. It suggested that thyroid cancer prevention and control in Zhongshan should be enhanced. |
