| 摘 要：结直肠癌是消化道最常见恶性肿瘤之一，大多数结直肠癌患者就诊时已属中晚期，失去手术机会。化疗及分子靶向治疗为结直肠癌的有效治疗手段。目前，晚期结直肠癌的三线治疗尚无标准方案。全文对晚期结直肠癌的三线及三线以上治疗相关的临床研究进行了简要分析。 |

| Abstract：Colorectal cancer is one of the most common gastrointestinal malignancies. Most patients bearing colorectal cancer are already advanced and unresectable at the time of diagnosis. Chemotherapy and molecular targeted therapy have gained more attention as an effective means of treatment of colorectal cancer. There is no standard as third-line therapy of advanced colorectal cancer. This article briefly reviews third-or later-line therapy of clinical studies. |
