| 摘 要：［目的］ 分析武威市凉州区2008~2012年胃癌发病和死亡概况。［方法］ 对武威市凉州区2008~2012年胃癌数据进行统计分析，分别计算发病（死亡）率、中国人口标化发病（死亡）率、世界人口标化发病（死亡）率等指标。［结果］ 2008~2012年武威市凉州区胃癌共发病5252例，发病率为104.6/10万，中标率为93.5/10万，世标率为94.6/10万；胃癌死亡3398例，死亡率为67.7/10万，中标率为63.8/10万，世标率为64.1/10万。男性发病率和死亡率均高于女性（发病率男性为148.1/10万，女性为56.6/10万；死亡率男性为96.1/10万，女性为36.4/10万）。［结论］ 武威是胃癌的高发区，男性及老年人是重点防治人群。 |

| Abstract：［Purpose］ To analyze the incidence and mortality of stomach cancer in Liangzhou district wuwei city. ［Methods］ The stomach cancer incidence data in Liangzhou district from 2008 to 2012 were analyzed. Crude incidence/mortality，age-standardized incidence/mortality rate by Chinese standard population (ASR China) and by world standard population (ASR world) was calculated respectively.［Rusults］ From 2008 to 2012，there were 5252 new stomach cancer cases in Liangzhou district Wuwei city，the crude incidence was 104.6/105，ASR China and ASR world was 63.8/105 and 64.1/105. There were 3398 stomach cancer deaths in Liangzhou district Wuwei city，the crude mortality was 67.7/105，ASR China and ASR world was 93.5/105 and 94.6/105. The incidence and mortality of male was higher than those of female (the incidence was 148.1/105 in male，56.6/105 in female；the mortality was 96.1/105 in male，36.4/105 in female). ［Conclusions］ The incidence of stomach cancer is at high level in Wuwei city，the elderly and male population shoald be focused for prevention and control of stomach cancer. |
